Kingsport, TENN. -
Kingsport Police arrested a man at the scene of a church vandalism.
Randall Eugene Robbins was arrested outside First Broad Street United Methodist Church Sunday night. The police department received a 911 call about hearing glass breaking and a person loitering around the church.
